James Mason III

James Edward “Eddie” Mason II, 37, of Moundsville, WV, passed away Sunday, September 26, 2010 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital.

He was born March 29, 1973 in Glen Dale, WV

He was protestant by faith.

Eddie worked as a laborer and was an artist and tattooist.

He was preceded in death by a sister Shirley Ann and his grandparents on both sides of the family.

He is survived by his wife Carrie Derrow Mason of Moundsville; his mother Shirley Mason and her companion Dave Wise of Moundsville; his father Ed (Sharon) Mason of Yorkville, OH; his mother-in-law and father-in-law Bi Bi and Norman Derrow; his children Autumn and Quinn Mason of Moundsville; his brothers Troy Chanze and Chester (Lacy) Chanze both of Moundsville; his sisters Pam Chanze and Mike Petros of Wheeling, Tammy (Jeff) Barrett of Moundsville and Dee Dee (Keith) Gamble of Glen Dale; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 from 2-4 p.m. and from 6-8 p.m. at CARE Funeral & Cremation Service, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville, where services will be held Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Ronald Wilfong officiating.

Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
