He was born on January 7, 1981 to Mark and Edwina (Longenette) Mahoney in Bellaire, OH.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mark Walter Mahoney.
Jacob is survived by his wife, Samantha (Myers) Mahoney; three sons: Jase Mahoney, Eli Mahoney, and Jaret Statler, mother, Edwina Mahoney, grandmother, Judy Keszler of Martins Ferry, OH. Uncle Randy of Victoria, TX, brother, Ryan (Jess) Longenette of Scott Depot, WV; and sister, Katie Phillips of Colerain, OH.
