Hugh M. Anderson., 85, of Moundsville, formerly of Glen Easton, WV passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital.
Hugh was born March 23, 1932 in Glen Easton, WV, son of the late Sam & Gail (Bungard) Anderson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Hugh “Butch” Anderson; sister, Mildred Reilley and brothers, Kenneth, Carl, Paul, John and Burdette Anderson.Surviving are his wife, Elva Rose (Hall) Anderson of Moundsville; sister, Mary Dobbs of Moundsville and several nieces and nephews.
Per Hugh’s request, there will be no visitation at this time. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery at a later date at the convenience of the family, with Pastor John of the Nazerene Church officiating.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the CARE Funeral & Cremation Service, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville.
