Harry Paul Frey, 66, of Moundsville, WV passed away Monday, June 3, 2019 at Shadyside Continous Care Center.
Harry was born April, 9, 1953 in Glen Dale, WV the son of the late Joe and Thelma M. (Caldwell) Frey.
He worked for 36 years at the Moundsville Penitentiary and the Northern Regional Jail as a Correction Officer, was a U.S. Army Veteran, social member of the Moundsville VFW Post # 437, member of the American Hunters, NRA. Harry loved to fish and work jigsaw puzzles.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Charles Frey, fiancé, Brenda Annette Holt and brother-in-law, Donnie Parsons.
Harry is survived by his son, Matthew (Stephanie) Frey of Morgantown, WV; three siblings, Joseph F. (Judy) Frey, Pattianne Parsons and Karen Frey (Brad Hess) all of Moundsville; granddaughter, Patricia Frey of OH; daughter-in-law, Jasmine Frey of OH; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 11am at Mt. Rose Cemetery, Moundsville with Military graveside rites. Rev. Larry Kline will officiate.
