Gregory Joseph Martin, 55, of Rogers, OH, passed away suddenly at home on Monday, October 3, 2022. Gregg was born on June 12, 1967, the son of the late Joseph and Myrle (Virden) Martin. Gregg was a 1985 graduate of East Liverpool High School. He was employed as a truck driver and lived in the area his entire life.
On July 8, 1991, Gregg married the love of his life, Lisa Hurd, and he spent the next 31 years devoted to her and his family. In addition to his wife, Gregg is survived by: his children: Kelly (Michael) Dalrymple, of Wellsville, and Dustin Martin, of East Liverpool; and his two brothers: Michael (Cindy) Martin, of East Liverpool, and Dewayne (Terri) Martin, of Wellsville. “Grumpy” will also be dearly missed by his grandchildren: Ryli Bettis, Callen Bettis, Devon Dalrymple, and Liam Dalrymple.
Along with his parents, Gregg was preceded in death by his step- daughter, Jennifer Bettis
Visitation for family and friends will take place on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, from 5PM-7PM at Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists- Martin Chapel in Calcutta.
