Gloudia Mae Robinson

Gloudia Mae Robinson, 85, of Lisbon, OH., passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at Hospice House in Poland, OH. Gloudia was born on December 30, 1935 in Man, WV. the daughter of the late Ermie and Virgie (Browning) Belcher. She attended Man High School.

Gloudia married the love of her life, Cecil Lee Robinson, on October 9, 1976. Gloudia and Cecil spent the next 34 years making memories together until his death on June 29, 2011. Gloudia was a true “snowbird”. She and Cecil traveled to Arcadia, Florida every winter and returned back home to Ohio once the warmer weather began. Gloudia was a very active member of the Red Hat Society and at one time was the secretary of her local chapter. She was also a member of West Point Church of the Nazarene in Lisbon, OH.

Left behind to cherish her memory are: Three daughters: Jeanne Allen, of Canton, OH; Deborah (Allen) Walker, of Inverness, TN; and Kimberly Farnsworth Clutter, of Calcutta, OH. She also leaves behind three sons: Michael (Debbie) Robinson, of Griffin, GA, Richard Robinson, of East Liverpool, and Jeffrey (Tracey) Robinson, of Stockbridge, GA. and her daughter-in-law, Cathy Blankenship, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Along with her parents and husband, Gloudia was preceded in death by her son, Kevin Blankenship.

Visitation will be held from 2PM-4PM and 6PM-8PM, Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists- Martin Chapel in Calcutta. The funeral will take place at 11AM on Thursday, October 21, 2021 with Pastor Jeff Click of Wellsville First Christian Church officiating. Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
