Gertrude Laverne Lantzer, 91, formerly of Massillon, OH, passed away on Sunday June 26, 2022.
She was born September 10, 1930 to the late Leo and Anna (Weisner) Lavy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Lantzer; sisters, Catherine Raub and June Alburn; and a brother, Robert A. Lavy.
Gertrude was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in St. Clairsville.
She is survived by several nieces and a nephew, great nieces and nephews, as well as great great nieces and nephews.
Arrangements by Care Funeral Home and Cremation Specialists in St. Clairsville are at the convenience of the family.

    Gertrude was always warm and friendly. with that said, the first thing that comes to mind is what a "KIND HEART" she had. she was kind to every one. she took very care of husband John, when he was quite ill and she was always there for her family and friends.
