Geraldine E. Wynn-Bodinar

Geraldine E. Wynn-Bodinar, 93 of East Liverpool, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at East Liverpool City Hospital.
She was born in East Liverpool on January 28, 1926 the daughter of the late Emil J. and Elizabeth (Ramsey) Birch. Living her life in this area, she was a 1943 graduate of East Liverpool High School and worked as a secretary/bookkeeper for the former Ferro – Louthen Plant. Geraldine was a charter member of the Tri-Angle Seniors, serving as president from many years, belonged to the Ethel Chambers Circle and attended Longs Run Trinity Presbyterian Church, where she was the church organist for over 25 years.
She is survived by three sons: Francis J. Wynn and his wife Christine of Chester, WV, David E. Wynn and his wife Mary and Dale E. Wynn and his wife Debbie both of East Liverpool, OH; a daughter: Carolyn E. Deering and her husband Ronald of Marietta, GA; a step-son: Don Bodinar Jr. and his wife Cheryl; fourteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband: Jay E. Wynn, her second husband: Donald Bodinar Sr. and two brothers: Robert Birch and Leland Birch.
Services will be held Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Longs Run Trinity Presbyterian Church at 11 AM with Elder Tom Enochs of the church officiating. Burial will take place in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
Family will be present to receive friends at the church on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 from 9 AM up until the time of service at 11 AM.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Geraldine’s name to Longs Run Trinity Presbyterian Church.
The Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes in Calcutta is in charge of her arrangements.
