Michael Jack Shoel (For Donald) says:
I remember meeting Jennie for the first time on a unexpected surprise Christmas visit to Wheeling. When it came time for Christmas presents and she was handing out gifts she pulled out a bill from her purse, handed it to me and wished me a Merry Christmas, it was a nice welcoming gesture and a very happy day for all. We were in touch for years to come.

Larry, you have my deepest sympathy on the passing of your mom. She was a good friend to my mom and I'm sure my mom was there to welcome her home. I collected a lot of money from your mom at the Ukrainian church street fairs. She was always very kind to me. May she rest in peace.

As a kid, I have the most fond memories of summer visits to Cioci Jen & Uncle Frankie's house. She always welcomed us with chicken soup or spaghetti, hot & ready to serve. I am sad to hear of her passing but I know she will always be with us in spirit. My prayers to Frankie, Larry & their families, as well as all those who were close to her. Rest in Peace Cioci Jen...
