Contributions to assist the family of Frederick Roberts

Frederick “Alan” Roberts, age 61, of Moundsville, WV passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at home after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born on April 5, 1962, in Colorado, son of the late Frederick and Doris “Dee” Roberts. Alan worked at Ormet Corporation as a welder until its closing in 2014.  He was also a member of the Marine Corps Reserve.

Survivors include two sons, Eric (Megan) Roberts and Rocky (Brittany) Roberts both of Moundsville; one daughter, Trista (Josh) Roberts-Rice of Morgantown, WV; six grandchildren, Ryker and Irie Roberts, Landyn and Alexis Roberts, and Evie and Xander Rice; one brother, Bradley Roberts; one niece, Amanda Douglas and her children; and his companion, Lori Ayers and family. 

There will be no viewing or services.
