Frank “Frankie” M. Holmes, Jr.

Frank “Frankie” M. Holmes, Jr., 45, of Moundsville, WV, passed away last week in Wheeling, WV.
Frankie was born September 16, 1974 in Glen Dale, WV, son of the late Frank Melvin Holmes Sr. & Nellie Jean (Yoders) Holmes.
He was an employee of the Wheeling Intelligencer Newspaper, loved to travel and ride four wheelers. Frankie was a loyal and devoted fan to the Cameron Dragons and the Baltimore Ravens.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents.
He is survived by his two sisters, Melissa (Tom) Hemsley and Christine (Samantha) Reineke all of Moundsville; several nieces and nephews, Breanna Hemsley of Moundsville, Lauren Hemsley of Moundsville, Alicia Stevey of OH, Chris (Jamie) Simons of Wheeling, WV, Zachary Stevey and Johnna of Proctor, WV, Ryan (Chey) Simons of Moundsville, Lexi (Daniel) Simons of PA, MacKenzie Reineke of Moundsville and Amir Irvin of Moundsville and two great-nephews.
Friends will be received, Wednesday, January 15, 2020 from 1-4 and 6-8pm at CARE Funeral &Cremation Service, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville where funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 11am with Pastor Ron Williams officiating.
Interment will be held at Wolf Run Cemetery at a later date.
