    Michael Voellinger says:
I worked with 'Ski' at Elby's in Wheeling. He was always easy going and had a smile all the time. We all worked hard, worked together and had a fun time at work. Frank helped create that type of environment . Our deepest sympathy from the Voellinger family.

Frank was a very hard worker at Wheeling Jesuit University he was a supervisor for Parkhurst Dining. Frank worked the late shift and you never had to worry about things getting done he would also have the place ready to open in the mornings. I’m sadden by his passing when a few weeks ago I was telling another employee that I was going to call Frank just to see how things were going with him. Connie we’re sending our deepest condolences to you. If we can do anything please just contact us. God bless.
