Frank Arthur Templin, 79, of Wheeling, WV, passed away Saturday, July 27, 2019, at Wheeling Hospital Continuous Care Center.
Frank was born November 20, 1939, in Wheeling, a son of the late Leo and Helen (George) Templin.  He was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church and the I.O.L.A. Club, Wheeling.
Frank is survived by his three brothers, Terry (Olive) Templin of Tulsa, OK, Howard (Barbara) Templin of Wheeling and Tim (Claudia) Templin of Wheeling; two sisters, Eileen (Edward) Duffy of Wheeling and Geneva (Steve Fisher) Templin of Wheeling; and several nieces and nephews.
Frank’s family would like to thank the residents and staff of the Wheeling Continuous Care Center-2 West, for their kindness and always treating Frank like family.
Friends will be received from 4-7 pm, Tuesday, at the CARE Funeral Home, 3828 Jacob Street, Wheeling.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am, Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, with the Rev. Arul Anthony as celebrant.  Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

    Our condolences to the family of Frankie, He was one in a million. He was our friend. we had just visit him about 2 weeks ago and was going to visit again this week. we are going to miss him so much. He loved teasing me about those Steelers.
