Frances M. Kasper

Frances Marie Kasper, 66, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Sunday, May 29, 2022 at Trinity Health System in Steubenville, Ohio.
She was born August 16, 1955 in Wheeling, West Virginia a daughter of the late William and Adeline (Stankeiwicz) Kubinski.
She was a member of the Adena American Legion Auxiliary and a Catholic by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce, son, Scotty, brother, William Kubinski, and sister-in-law, Nancy Kubinski.
Surviving Frances are son Dennis (Shannon) Kasper of St. Clairsville, brother, Donald Kubinski, sister-in- law, Nancy Kubinski, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Vistation on Saturday, June 18, 2022 from 10:00 am until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 am with Fr. Thomas Chillog as celebrant at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
