Everett Wayne Clutter, 78 of Calcutta, OH passed away at his home on September23, 2018 following a brief illness.
He was born in Calcutta, Ohio on April 3, 1940 a son of the late Everett L. and E. Ivy (Lawton) Clutter. Living his entire life in this area, Wayne was a 1958 graduate of East Liverpool High School and worked for the Child Support Enforcement for Jobs and Family Services for 13 years, before that he worked as the Wellsville Chief of Police for 9 years. He was a member of the NRA and the Columbiana County Fish, Game Club and was a member of Union Ridge Bible Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife Judy Clutter of Calcutta; two sons: Michael Clutter of East Liverpool OH and Mark Clutter and his wife Jaime of East Liverpool, OH; a daughter: Corinna Scarsella and her husband Emeric of Midland PA; a brother: Keith Clutter and his wife Vicky of East Liverpool, OH; two sisters: Margie Veness of Port Richie, FL and Joyce Clayton of Minnesota and seven grandchildren.
Services will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Tuesday September 25, 2018 at 2pm with Pastor Randy Clark of the church officiating. Burial will follow at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home from 11am up until the time of service at 2 on Tuesday.
