Eugene Ray “Bud” Holmes, II, 47, of Moundsville, WV, passed away Friday, July 28, 2023 at Wheeling Hospital after a his battle with cancer.
He was born in Glen Dale, WV on December 22, 1975, the son of Deborah (Griffith) Mills and the late Eugene “Ray” Holmes, I. Bud was an avid mechanic for many years and loved racecars. He enjoyed bowling, playing darts and playing Fortnite in his spare time.
In addition to his mother, Bud is survived by his loving wife, Rhonda (Bonner) Holmes; his three daughters, Shelby, Marilyn (Ricky) and Autumn (Shane); three siblings, Amber, Ashley (Travers) and Frank (Niki); three grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
