Edward G. Lenz

Edward George Lenz, 63, of Wheeling, WV, passed away Monday, May 3, 2021, in Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, WV.

Ed was born January 30, 1958, in Cleveland, OH, a son of the late Gloria (Bailey) Stevens. He was a member of the First Church of God, McMechen and the C.M.A. Motorcycle Group.

He is survived by his wife, Flora O. (Miller) Lenz; foster parents, Pete and Joy Fox of Dallas Pike, WV; three children, Jenny DeStefano of Grove City, PA and Joshua McElfresh (Lisa) and Jodie McElfresh (Lonnie Krepps), both of Weirton, WV; several grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the CARE Funeral Home, 3828 Jacob Street, Wheeling, Sunday, May 9, 2021, from 2 pm until time of memorial service at 4 pm, with the Rev. Dr. Mitch Johnston officiating.
