Douglas Wasemann 54 of Wheeling passed away August 25th 2021.
Doug was born in Youngstown, Ohio on December 30th to Thomas Wasemann of Moundsville and the late Judith Martin Pearce. He graduated
from John Marshall High School and was a veteran of the US Army. He was the owner operator of A
Arbor Barber tree service that provided tree service all over the Ohio Valley. Doug’s first love was music.
He always had a guitar in his hand and a song to sing. Doug is survived by his daughter, Lauren
Wasemann of St. Clairsville, Ohio, Brother Tony Wasemann of Cameron, West Virginia and Sister Christina
Noll Binger of Adena, Ohio. Doug had a very large extended family that included many living aunts,
uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and step siblings. A service to celebrate Doug’s life will be held on
October 10th, 2021 starting at 9:45 am with a 21 gun salute at 87-15th Street, Wheeling, West Virginia with a dinner
to follow. All are welcome to attend.
