Douglas “Bill” Russell

Douglas “Bill” Russell, 60 of East Liverpool, OH passed away Saturday, November 17, 2018 at UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh, PA.
He was born on May 27, 1958 in East Liverpool, a son of Dorothy J. Russell of Calcutta, OH. Living most of his life in this area, he worked as a laborer for Newell Porcelain.
He is survived by two sons: Matthew Russell and his wife Rebecca and Douglas Russell II both of East Liverpool, OH; a daughter: Kristen Russell of East Liverpool, OH; three brothers: Andrew Russell of Pittsburgh, PA, Jason Russell and Timothy Russell both of East Liverpool, OH and three grandchildren.
As per his wishes, no calling hours or services are planned. The Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes has been entrusted with his arrangements.
