    Linda S. (Forbes) Edwards says:
Dear Family of Dorothy, I am a cousin of Dorothy, Linda (Forbes) Edwards, but lost touch with Dorothy and Ralph when Xmas cards ceased a few years ago and on phoning, the line was discontinued. I did not know that Ralph had died or anything about “Dee” as I called her. I have many happy childhood memories of time in Charlie’s and Laura’s home in Martins Ferry. Charlie and my Father (Bruce L. Forbes) were cousins but I always thought of them as Uncle and Aunt. My brother (Dr Bruce W. Forbes) and her brother, Rich, were close in age and I am ten years younger. I was the flower girl in Ralph and Dorothy’s wedding. I am so sorry for your loss; no matter how long we are blessed to have our parents, it is never a good time to say goodby, though we know that someday we will have a glorious reunion. I am unable to be in attendance on Wednesday but I pray that your faith, families, and friends will sustain you through this difficult time. Sincerely, Linda S.
