    Patsy Jo Gorby Raju says:
Condolences to Dorothy's family. Although it has been over 40 years since I worked for the City of Wheeling and visited the concession stand, it's seems like it yesterday. Loved talking to Dorothy and her Mom. I was most amazed that she could tell the differences in the dollar amount of bills used to pay for items. She was a sweetheart!

Geneva E. Templin & Steve Fisher says:
Dorothy was a one of a kind person that never let a day go by without a friendly hello. When Steve had eye surgery she was his coach about what to do and not to do post surgery. Years have passed but there are times that none of us will ever forget about Dorothy at the City-County building. Rest in peace.
