D’errica A Wooten, 24, of East Liverpool, passed away on Friday, August 12, 2022 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Presbyterian Hospital following complications from Von Hippel-Lindau Disease.
D’errica was born in East Liverpool on July 8, 1998, the daughter of Ray A. Wooten, Jr. and Candace M. Watson Thompkins. She was a 2018 graduate of the Buckeye Online School and was employed as a waitress at Saddle Ridge in Chester, where she was well known for her warm smile and kindness. Before her time at Saddle Ridge, she was employed with Time Out and JP’s Pizzeria.
D’errica was a feisty, sassy, stubborn soul with a huge heart that only grew larger with the birth of her two daughters, Maliyah Ann McLaughlin and Kinslee Noelle Triner. Her daughters were her greatest accomplishments and “mamma bear” loved them fiercely.
In addition to her daughters and parents, those left behind to cherish her memory are: her fiance’, Zachary J. Triner; her three siblings: Allen-Michael Wooten, Marius Thompkins, and Desirae Wooten; and stepson, Jaxson John Triner.
D’errica was preceded in death by her grandmother, Debra Shuman.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, August 20, 2022 from 11AM-1PM at Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists- Martin Chapel in Calcutta. The funeral will follow at 1PM with Reverend Tom Adkins officiating. D’errica will be laid to rest at Riverview Cemetery.
