Delores “Dolly” Hall, 88, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died Saturday, January 29, 2022 with her family by her side. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Hall Sr. Dolly is survived by her four children, Jack (Suzanne) Hall Jr. of Cloverdale, IN, Cynthia (Kenneth) Orr of Belmont, OH, Cheryl (Roger) Tomlinson of Belmont, OH, and Dale (Jacqueline) Hall of Copperas Cove, TX, six grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
