David R. Loy, 73, of Saint Clairsville, OH, passed away on Wednesday December 30,2020.
He was born October 1st, 1947 in Martins Ferry,OH the son of the late Guy and Jean (Walker) Loy.
David is survived by his two sisters: Marjorie (Richard) Piper of Utica, NY, Barbara Loy of San Francisco, CA; two brothers, Thomas Loy of San Bruno, CA, Bill (Cindy) Loy of Ft. Myers, FL as well as several nieces and nephews.
David was Methodist by faith and attended the Thoburn United Methodist Church, a Veteran of the Air Force during the Vietnam War, a graduate of St. Clairsville High School in 1965 and a graduate of Ohio University in 1969.
Arrangement will be at the convenience of the family.
