David Edward Sullivan, 78, of Barton, OH, passed away on November 22, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his family.

He was born on December 7, 1943 to the late William and Danta (Moneypenney) Sullivan in Chillicothe, OH.

David worked at Ormet Corporation for many years, holding various positions. He was a Navy Veteran who loved spending time and talking with his friends and family. He was an animal lover and a member of the Post 159 Legion – St. Clairsville, OH.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his granddaughter Nova Lee Long, two sisters, Marjorie and Patty, and his dog, Tinkerbell.

David is survived by his wife Vernann (Zambori) Sullivan; two daughters: Tracey (Chad) Campbell of Saint Clairsville, OH, Dayna (Joe) Long of Bridgeport, OH; siblings: Paul and Roger of TX, Sharon, Geraldine, Carl, Sam, Linda, Donald, Tim, and Rachel; grandchildren: Noah Smith, Clayton Campbell, Tanner Smith, Ireland Campbell, Kaylynn Campbell, and a special friend and cousin, Brian Davis.

    I am so sorry for your loss. I met David & Vernann a while back, when I was married to Sam Sullivan and will keep those memories with me. Both were very nice to me when we stayed overnight on a visit to them. Wishing his family comfort and peace..
