Constance Jean Phillips, 89, of Saint Clairsville, OH, passed away on September 14, 2022 East Ohio Regional Hospital of Martins Ferry, OH
She was born on December 25, 1932 to the late Columbo and Lenora Cicogna in Yorkville, OH.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard D. Phillips, and sons: Donald and Howard Phillips.
Constance enjoyed relaxing and watching game shows in her spare time.
Constance is survived by her two sons: Gary Phillips of Martins Ferry, OH, Tom Phillips of Martins Ferry, OH; daughter, Brenda Gray of Colerain, OH; two brothers: Edward Cicogna of Virginia Beach, VA, Raymond Cicogna of Rockford, IL; two sisters: Donna Durst of Corpus Christi, TX, Betty Krol of Bellaire, OH, and several grandchildren.
A private inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family at Holly Memorial Gardens.
