Concettina “Connie” Carmella Priore

Concettina ‘Connie’ Cimino Priore, 97, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at Forest Hills Care Center, St. Clairsville Ohio.

She was born February 24, 1926 in Rosello, Provincia D’ Chieti, Italy, a daughter of the late Carmine & Antonette “Nana” Cimino. She was originally from Canonsburg, PA.

Connie was a member of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church for the past 23 years, a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in Canonsburg, PA and a member of the Christian Mothers for 40 years. She dearly loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them and to give her motherly advice and opinions.

She worked for the R.C.A in Meadowlands, PA for 30 years and was a retired club member.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Francesco Priore, whom she married on February 14, 1953 in Canada and step brother, Joseph J. (Ann Felice) Cimino.

Surviving are two sons, Leo A. (MaryEllen) Priore of Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, Frank J. (Lora) Priore of Willoughby Hills, Ohio, daughter, Mary Ann (Richard) Homard of St. Clairsville, Ohio; six grandchildren, Michael (Jennifer) Priore, Dominic (Holly) Priore, Joseph Priore, Thomas Priore, Gina (Scott) Trau and Jonathan (Mikaylah) Homard; six great grandchildren, Marco, Mia, Melina Priore, Emra Trau and Kathleen and Ike Homard.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, September 10, 2023 from 3pm until time of Vigil Service at 6pm at CARE Funeral Home 204 W. Main St., St. Clairsville, Ohio. Funeral liturgy with mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 11, 2023 at 11am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clairsville with Father Thomas Chillog as celebrant. Entombment to immediately follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
