Christopher Leroy Seum, 74, of Moundsville, WV, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020, at Cameron Nursing Home.

He was born June 4, 1946, a son to the late William L. and Irene M. (Collicott) Seum. Christopher was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness and worked for the Moundsville Water Department for the last 32 years. He was a Vietnam War Veteran serving in the U.S. Army and Air Force and served on the Benwood Police Force for numerous years. He was an avid animal lover.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by an infant daughter, Darlana Lutes; a step-son, Donnie Lutes; one granddaughter and two brothers, Bennett and William J. Seum.

Christopher is survived by his loving wife, of 32 years, Charlene (Rice) Seum; five children, Heather Rigby, Christine Seum, Lorri Ann Lutes, Marlana Seum and David Seum; one sister, Sara Dawson; eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to assist the family to CARE Funeral and Cremation, 1500 Second St., Moundsville, WV 26041.
