Charlotte Ann Nice White, 66 of Wheeling, formerly of Moundsville, WV died Saturday, October 5 2013, at Peterson Rehabilitation Center, Wheeling.
She was born August 15, 1947 in Glen Dale, WV, the daughter of the late Virgil and Pauline Blake Nice.
Charlotte had been a Salvation Army soldier since 1986,a member of the Salvation Army Home League since 1985, a Salvation Army Sunday School Teacher for 3 years, former Salvation Army Thrift Store employee and a home maker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra Jean Nice and brothers, Thomas and William Leroy Nice.
Surviving are her loving husband of 27 years years, Thomas E. White of Moundsville; son, Michael (Patty) Nice of Martin’s Ferry, OH; daughter, Cathy (Jeff) Rosier of Glen Dale, WV; two sisters, Nancy Yoho and Audra Nice both of Moundsville; sister-in-law, Dona Nice of Powhatan, Ohio; three grandchildren, Melissa Brown, Michael Nice, Jr and Jeffrey Rosier II; four great grandchildren, Christian Cickavage, Joseph Lee Nice, Abigail Nice and Nevaeh Nice and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held at the CARE chapel, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville on Monday, October 14, 2013 from 9am until the time of service at 10am with Major John Blevins officiating.
Interment will follow Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville.
