Charles W. Fenstermacher, 58, of Moundsville, died Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at his home.
He was born August 13, 1960 in Chester County, PA, son of Charles and Ruth Fenstermacher.
Charles will be sadly missed by his constant companion and girlfriend, Erin Magers of Martins Ferry, OH.
There will be no visitation or services.
