Charles E. ‘Roney’ Alvey Jr., 62, of Bellaire passed away Friday April 29, 2022 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry Ohio.

He was born September 11, 1959 in Charleston ,WV a son of the late Charles E. Sr, and Helen (Burch) Alvey.

Surviving are his siblings; Anna Russell of Bridgeport, William Alvey of West Wheeling, Phyllis (Dennis) Welsh of Belpre, and Margaret Burg of Florida. Nieces;Regina (Joe) Spangenberg , and Banessa (Scott) Heatherington.As well as two great nieces Kylee and Ariana, one great nephew, Kaleb and one great-great niece, Amara Rose.

In accordance with Roney’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements are entrusted to CARE Funeral and Cremation Specialists, 204 West Main Street, St. Clairsville Ohio, 43950.
