Cecelia “Sugie” Frollini-Ross, 83, of Moundsville, WV formerly of Lafferty, OH died Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Liza’s Place of Valley Hospice, Wheeling, WV.

Cecelia was born February 25, 1937 in Martins Ferry, OH, a daughter of the late Charles and Lena Alexander Mistovich.

Cecelia was a retired from Riesbecks Food Market and a former member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Lafferty, was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Shadyside, OH. She was very active in both parishes and communities.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William L. Frollini in 1977.

Surviving are her husband, Charles J. Ross of Moundsville; two children, Michael L. (Stacey) Frollini of Lafferty, Georgina (Michael) Briggs of Kennesaw, GA; a sister, Rosemary (Jerry) Speranza of Atlanta, GA; a brother, Mele (Barbara) Mistovich of Warwood, WV; three grandchildren, Michael L Frollini, Jr., William A. Frollini and Lauren N. Briggs; two great-grandsons, Vincent M. Frollini and Xanders Livingston; many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Care Funeral & Cremation Specialist 204 West Main Street St. Clairsville with a Vigil Service at 3:45 pm.

Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 10:30 am at St. Mary Catholic Church, St. Clairsville with Fr. Daniel Heusel as celebrant. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lafferty.
