Carrie Ann Mackall, 58, of Wellsville, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family following an extended illness on Thursday, March 23, 2023.

She was born on May 26, 1964 in East Liverpool, Ohio, she was the daughter of  Alvin Conci and the late Nancy Williams Conci of Wellsville.  Carrie Ann lived in the area her entire life and graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1983.  She was a Bus Driver for East Liverpool City School District the last 23 years. 

  She was a member of The Elks Lodge 258 in East Liverpool & was very active in Boy Scout Troop 2012.  She was a member of the Wellsville Christian Church.

  Carrie Ann was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, dedicated to her family and is survived by her devoted husband Robert “Binks” Mackall Jr, whom she married April 20, 1990; daughters: Leighann Day & husband Craig, Brittany Robinson & partner Joe Goff, Shelby Mackall & partner Marshall Allison, and son Robert “Bob” Mackall III.,  along with 3 grandchildren: Mason Beebout at home, Clara Day and Audrey Day. 

 Carrie  Ann also leaves behind her, brother Frank Conci, mother-in-law ,Vivian “Bibb” Mackall; sister-in-laws: Nancy Germanovich, Robbie Petrick,  Cheryl  Bosworth & husband John, as well as  several nieces and nephews.

  In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Frank and Eleanor Conci, maternal grandparents ,William and Doris Williams and father-in-law, Robert Mackall Sr.

  Visitation will take place from 12pm-2pm on Saturday March 25, 2023 at Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists ~ MacLean Chapel in Wellsville, Ohio.  A Private funeral service conducted by Pastor Mark Blakeley will follow. Burial will be at Spring Hill Cemetery in Wellsville, Ohio.

    We were very close when we were younger, we had so much fun at Yellow Creek.....remember it like it was yesterday...she is someone very special to me and although we had our families and went off to raise them, I love her and this is be hard....so very hard.. ....Binks and to her children....I wish I had a way to help thru this, I am here if needed........Rest in Peace my cousin, my friend....love you forever, always- until we meet again.
