Carol Ann Kidder, 68, of East Liverpool, passed away at her home on March 16, 2024, surrounded by her family.  Carol was born on February 7, 1956 in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late Daniel H Brand and Cecil Maxwell Brand.  

Carol is survived by: her children: James Kidder, Jr, Marcus Kidder, Thomas Kidder, Danielle Vantilburgh, and Tabitha Dillow; her step children: Jimmy Pugh and Melissa Pugh.  Carol is also survived by her long time boyfriend, Jim Pugh, and her brother, Daniel Brand, as well as 22 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren

Along with her parents, Carol is preceded in death by her siblings: John Townley, Donnie Galloway, Billy Galloway, Nancy Temple, Alice “Shorty” Plant, and Delores “Dee” Lockhart, and one grandchild.

In keeping with Carol’s wishes, no funeral services will be observed.  The Martin Chapel of Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists in Calcutta have been entrusted with arrangements.
