SCOTT, Carol Ann Campbell Webb, 77, of St. Clairsville, OH, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at her residence in St. Clairsville.
She was born November 17, 1936, in Martins Ferry, OH, a daughter to the late George C. and Ida Cox Campbell.
Carol was a former office manager and secretary for Richard Melanko Attorney at Law, a Spiritualist, author of threebooks on Geneology, won several ribbons and awards in local art contest, taught Calligraphy thru the mail and owned several antique businesses, in Wheeling Centre Market, Columbus, OH and Barnesville OH.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherrie Webb.
Surviving are her husband of 36 years, Donald D. Scott of St. Clairsville; daughter, Debbi Webb of St. Clairsville; two grandchildren, William N. (Jodi) Munko of Stow, OH and Scotti (Corey) Gorshe of Martins Ferry.
Per Carol’s request, there will be no services at this time.
Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Marshall County Animal Shelter, 37 Animal Shelter Drive, Moundsville WV 26041.
