Brenda Starr Hunter, 57 passed away on October 18, 2015 at Valley Oaks Care Center in East Liverpool, Oh following a lengthy illness.
She was born in East Liverpool on May 16, 1958 a daughter to Richard B. Stanley Sr. of East Liverpool and the late Flora Mae (Johnson) Stanley. She lived her entire life in this area and was a homemaker, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by two sons: Greg Hunter Jr. of Newark, OH and Josh Hunter of Mansfield, OH; two daughters: Barbara Douglas of Marysville, OH and Jennifer Hunter of Newark, OH; a brother: Scott Stanley of East Liverpool, OH; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband Greg Hunter Sr.; a brother Richard Stanley Jr. and a sister: JoAnn Stanley.
Her wishes were that no calling hours or services be held. Burial will take place in United Presbyterian Cemetery of Calcutta at a later date. The Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes was entrusted with her arrangements.
