Beryl S. Gorby, 77, of Moundsville, WV, died Sunday, April 15, 2018, at Trinity West, Steubenville, OH.
He was born March 5, 1941, in Marshall County, a son of the late Samuel and Iva Grim Gorby.
Beryl was retired from Chemical Leman and was a Christian by faith.
In addition to his parents, Beryl was preceded in death by 2 sons; Mike and David Gorby; a brother; Arvil; seven sisters; Mildred, Viola, Mary Lou, Roseman, Virginia, Sarah and Clara; a granddaughter, Sheena and a niece, Phyllis.
Beryl is survived by his wife, Agnes Diane Gorby; four children, Ann Marie Gorby, Allison Conway, Tom (Judi) Gorby, stepdaughter, Monica Rine; a brother, Virgil Gorby; a sister, Shirley Starkey; 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the CARE Funeral and Cremation Services, 1500 Second St., Moundsville, WV.
Final arrangements are at the convenience of the family.

    I knew pap Beryl when I was teenager and date his grandson Kenneth, now my husband, but only asked about his condition and well being of late due to unforseen circumstances of late. Our condolences go to all who love him. We will all love and miss you Pap. Good luck as your new journy begins.

    Uncle Beryl you were a good old sole. I will always remember most about the time a snake got in our house and you came up the hill and took it out. And you were scared just as much as my momma was. You were my uncle always even though you and My Aunt were not still married. You will always be my Uncle. God Bless. R.I.P. God Bless
