Albert “Al” Andrew Sadaly, 85 of Moundsville WV, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at Liza’s Place, Wheeling, WV.
He was born November, 5, 1926 in McMechen, WV. The son of the late Steve and Elizabeth Toth Sadaly.
Albert was a very devoted husband, father and Grandpap, a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Byzantine Rite Church, retired from the Moundsville Fostoria where he was a mold maker, worked at his family’s restaurant, Zien’s, and a U.S Army Air Corp. veteran of WWII.
He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Katherine “Kush” Zien Sadaly of Moundsville; two sons, Dave (Nancy) Sadaly of Erie, PA and Mike (Linda) Sadaly of Moundsville; daughter, Caroline (Dan) Glus of Fayetteville, NC; two sisters, Blanche Musilli of Wheeling and Olga Messner of Moundsville; four grand-children, Jake, Joy and Kristen Sadaly and Deanna Glus.
Family and friends will be received Friday, July 27, 2012 from 10am to the time of service at 11am with Danny Prado officiating at the CARE chapel, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville.
Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
