Robert Kenneth Galloway, 64, of Wheeling, W.Va., passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015, in Liza's Place, Wheeling. Bob was born October 8, 1950, in Glen Dale, W.Va., a son of the late Harley Ross and Mabel Virginia (Parker) Galloway. He was a retired driver for the Wheeling Cab Stand; loved to fish; and was an avid San Francisco 49ers fan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Dawn M. McPherson; a sister, Wilma L. Galloway-Baker; and a brother-in-law, John M. Haller. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Judy K. (Haller) Galloway; three children, Tammy (Terry) Hanson of Martins Ferry, Ohio, Jill (Charles) Carney of Wheeling and Robert (Missy) Galloway-Bretz of York, Pa.; two sisters, Helen Ankey of Moundsville and Clara Barnibus of Beallsville, Ohio; two brothers, Harley Galloway, Jr. of Columbus, Ohio and Charles (Linda) Galloway of Texas; nine grandchildren, Amanda, Marc, Adri, Mathew, Regan, Trevor, Madison, Garrett and Breanna; two great-grandchildren, Brayden J. Barbe and Kenzlee R. Gheen; a special friend, Holley Roth; numerous nieces & nephews; and Bob's baby, Champagne. Friends will be received from 1 pm until time of funeral services at 3 pm, Friday, January 16, 2015, at the CARE Funeral Home, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville, W.Va., with the Rev. Robert Romick officiating.
